Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Tellr API and dashboard. By creating a Tellr account, you agree to them.

1. The service

Tellr provides a fraud detection API. The service returns a verdict and a score for each check, along with an explanation. The customer chooses how to act on the verdict.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tellr to discriminate based on protected attributes, evade legal compliance, or attack third parties.

3. Plans and billing

The Starter plan is free for the first 50 checks per week. The Pro plan covers 2,500 checks per month plus the rules engine. The Business plan covers 10,000 checks per month with dedicated infrastructure plus a 12 month retention window. Enterprise plans cover custom volume and ship with a written order form.

4. Uptime

The check API is offered with a 99.99% monthly uptime SLA on the Business and Enterprise plans.

5. Termination

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service at risk.

6. Liability

Tellr is provided as is. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
